The Brown, Craig and Marsh Run TMDL plan has been finalized and is awaiting approval from EPA.  Once approved, it will be implemented through the John Marshall Soil & Water Conservation District for agriculture and through the Health Department for the residential and commercial areas.  Several farmers along Marsh run have already completed the Best Management Practices [BMP] identified in the plan.
